NOTICE:

 The Floyd County Clerk’s Office will accept, process, and issue Marriage Licenses that meet all requirements Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-4:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am -2:00 pm. Any applications submitted past the allocated time frames will be asked to return the next business day.

SEARCHES: 

The County Clerk and Staff will not conduct searches that are not authorized by statute.  The record search authorized by statute is Federal Tax Liens (Texas Property Code 14.004(d).

NOTICE:

As of August 26^th, 2024:

All Filings with the Floyd County Clerk’s Office will be accepted each day from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday and 8:00 am-2:00 pm on Friday.  Filings submitted after 4:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 2:00 pm on Friday will be filed for public record on the next business day.
